Please read carefully

I understand that any bodily injury or property damage incurred from a Boxer rescue that I am fostering is my responsibility, and that I will not hold Austin Boxer Rescue or any of its members responsible or liable. I understand that while Foster Homes always have first right to adopt one of their Foster dogs, that if I decide to adopt one of my first five Foster dogs from Austin Boxer Rescue I will pay the standard adoption fee of $250. If I decide to adopt one of my fosters dogs after this, I will only be required to pay what Boxer Rescue has spend on said dog, or the standard adoption fee, whichever is lower. I agree to abide by all rules/or guidelines set forth by Austin Boxer Rescue and directives given by Austin Boxer Rescue. I understand I am not allowed to give the foster dog in my care to anyone else to watch in their home or to adopt without the approval of the ABR board. I understand I may be asked to bring the foster dog to a location to be shown to a perspective family or to transport the foster dog to vet appointments.
