Austin Boxer Rescue now serves ALL of the Central Texas Region which includes Austin, San Antonio, Temple, and the surrounding areas.

Austin Boxer Rescue receives dogs daily and the dog for you may not be posted on the website. ABR volunteers work hard to place the right dog with the right family and those people that have been approved will have the opportunity to meet dogs before they go onto the website. There are usually about 5-10 dogs in rescue that have not been posted.

Adoption Fees are as follows: Boxer $250 (adult- 11 months to 5 yrs ) $350 (pure breed puppy- up to 10 months), $400 (bonded pairs- placed together) $200 (mix puppy- up to 10 months), Adult Boxer Mix $150   Non-boxers $75 Senior Dogs (5 to 8 yrs or older) $150 Over 8 yrs seeking permanent fosters- no fee NOTE: Adoption Fees will be determined by the organization prior to adoption and are not negotiable

Every dog adopted will have the following: Current on vaccinations and dewormed Spayed or neutered Will be micro chipped Will be treated for heartworms and/or on heartworm prevention Any additional medical problems will be treated and paid for by the rescue. (Once a dog has been adopted any new medical problems that arise are the responsibility of the new owner)
